Does DLPX promote honesty and integrity, would you work with them again?

DLPX was the number one reason for our project succeeding. They were above board and honest when discussing every solution that we chose to review. Their knowledge of the DLP space is unparalleled and if I had another DLP project to fulfill I would certainly seek out their assistance once again.

What support did DLPX provide for your DLP project?

DLPX was able to coordinate meetings and discussions with multiple DLP solutions and went to bat for us multiple times during negotiations and while scoping the project and deliverables.

Were you billed for anything other than the DLP product/deployment?

All charges for our project were directly related to the DLP purchase and deployment, there were no additional charges for DLPX services.

Do you feel it cost more for DLP in purchasing from DLPX?

DLPX provided a great service being able to remain product neutral and factual when discussing available solutions. There was no additional cost with DLPX than any other vendor/reseller we have dealt with in the past.

What support did DLPX provide for your DLP project?

The thing that we most appreciated about DLPX is their familiarity with many DLP products. We did not have time or resources to perform a full RFQ/Evaluation, and the time that DLPX spent with us and finding out our needs really got us to the point where we were able to more rapidly select a product. We believe they were vendor neutral in this process and were truly interested in helping us find the product that best fit our needs. A side benefit of this was that they kept the vendors from hounding us about selecting their products, arranged demos and then provided honest feedback about real vs. stated features of the products, including any hidden implementation costs or potential stumbling blocks.

Were you billed for anything other than the DLP product/deployment?

DLPX did a significant amount of work. Because of our project, we were even willing to pay them for services and the work they did in helping us select a product. We did not have to commit to anything. We could have purchased the software/services through any route we chose, but felt a loyalty to DLPX and wanted to make sure they were compensated for the tremendous work they did. 

Do you feel it cost more for DLP in purchasing from DLPX?

Oddly enough, I think we actually paid less by going through DLPX because they helped us to get better pricing from the vendor.

Does DLPX promote honesty and integrity, would you work with them again?

No reservations about the honesty and integrity of DLPX. They were completely transparent throughout the process and have no reservations at all recommending them. I have been in IT for nearly 30 years, and I think it is rare to find an organization that I would recommend so highly.
